is this a network issue?

First time using OBS
stream to YouTube

Stream looks fuzzy/blurry and not 60fps while stream
But it looks better after i ended the stream and watch it as a video, still a bit blurry but I think it is 60fps

Do i need to change something?
I'm fine with 1080p60fps if it looks good and sharp but my monitor is 1440p 165hz via DisplayPort

These are my settings and info.
My internet is 946download and 565upload (LAN)

I choose normal latency (there's normal, low, ultra-low for me to choose when creating stream)

My PC (zero computer knowledge but this is what it says when i bought this pc year ago)
Intel Core i9-14900 2.0 GHz 24C/32T
ASUS TUF GAMING GEFORCE RTX 4090 O2G-24GB GDDR6X
ASUS ROG RYUO III 360 ARGB BLACK
ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI
G.SKILL TRIDENT Z5 RGB (METALLIC SILVER) 32GB(16*2) DDR5 5600MHz
M.2 CORSAIR MP600 PRO LPX 1TB (READ 7,100 MB/s)
GIGABYTE UD1300GM PG5 1300W (80+ GOLD)
ASUS ROG STRIX HELIOS (GX601)

There's no rendering or encoding lag.

A few things to try, disable HAGS & Game DVR & run your monitor @ 120HZ, not 165 when using OBS. Also, 0 B frames in your encode settings. Lowest quality frame type, really not needed at that bit-rate.

Did almost all of it but just one question, what does "lowest quality frame type" means? is it a setting in OBS?

Looks like you can push your upload to 30Mbps, per YT.

There's I, P & B frames. B frames are useful in low bit-rate situations but are inferior to I & P so get rid of them. They'll be replaced with higher quality P frames.

Wow that is so much better. Now it looks good and run smoother.

Will changing preset to P6 improve quality, or does it affect anything?

If you start recording use CQP with the same settings. The Quality Adjustment is made with the CQ Level setting.

YW!

Set your secondary monitor back to 60HZ. 100 may induce weirdness.

23:40:34.484: size={1920, 1080}
23:40:34.484: attached=true
23:40:34.484: refresh=100

Game DVR is still enabled, it's not needed & can waste resources. Also, if you get any crashing disable HAGS.
