Is there anyway to sample someones voice through OBS/plugin?

Hi,

i wanted to make the same sample thing that goxlr do through sampling sounds and trying to replay it, but with some software as i cant afford goxlr right now.

for example, record some audio that just happened during the stream and make it a button that replays it(maybe someones voice,
Or some of the sound effect of the game).

i didnt know if i could ask it here, i read the tools and plugins section, but it was only for posting new things, not to ask about it.p
