Is there anyway that I can have it so you constantly see chat on Twitch but I can record it sepperetly when I turn it into a vid?

Is there any way that I can make it so that my chat is always visable on Twitch but when I record chat is recorded sepperetly so that I can choose when to have it in when editing. Like to record 2 tracks at the same time with one only recording the game and one only recoding chat?
