Is there anyway for me to get the audio tracks not enabled back into my recording?

I’m freaking out right now because I’ve recorded over 4 hours of footage of a call on discord and by the 40 minute mark, I decided to switch my Audio and the Discord audio into separate audio tracks because I thought that I could get the separate audio files and then be able to place them into my editing program and lower/increase my audio or the discord audio. However, I’m just realizing that I didn’t enable track 2 in the output so the remaining 3 hours and 20 minutes of footage have no audio except mine.

Is there anyone for me to access the audio track that I didn’t enable? Or am I royally screwed?
