Is there anything special you have to do to "uninstall" a portable copy of obs

Recently I noticed that OBS is hooking into my application while running in my debugger with an amusing message of
"[OBS] (half life scientist) everything.. seems to be in order"
This is without OBS running at all and I somewhat understand the explanation of hooking into everything that launches to be able to do what the application have to do. However I barely use OBS and I would like to avoid OBS from affecting the behavior of my application in anyway so I am looking to remove it. As stated in the thread title, I am using a portable copy of OBS so I wanted to ask if simply deleting the OBS files will stop this hooking from happening or is there something special I have to do?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Remove the %PROGRAMDATA%\obs-studio-hook folder (may require admin rights and PC restart). The folder and its contents will be re-created if you run "Game Capture" source in OBS at least once.
