Is there any way that I can apply a dynamic mask?

I'm now making a layout depends on webm files.but I believed a 60s long media source is definiately not a good idea.so I'm now having 2 ideas.
Plan A is to add a gap between the media sources loop courses.
exg.15s media source---15s gap---15s media source
Plan B is to apply a mask based on another source to the current media source
But I can't find any solution for both plans yet.
Anyone have idea?

I‘ve tried dynamic mask in StreamFX plugin but it didn't work(or say I dont know how to make it works properlly)

So, here's my issue.

I create a scene called SOURCE - MASK - landscape, which has a source mp4 loop of the animated mask.
I create a scene called SOURCE - VDJ Out for my VDJ output. I windowcap the output from VDJ.
If I add a filter to the scene SOURCE - VDJ Out for a dynamic mask and use the scene SOURCE - MASK - landscape as the local file in the filter, and set my colors properly, it works great. However, if I add SOURCE - VDJ Out to another scene, say SCENE001 - MAIN, the dynamic mask clip stops animating. I've set it to not unload when not being used and it's set correctly to ensure it loops indefinitely, and has been tested on it's own in its scene without stopping. I don't know why it stops when I switch to the MAIN scene.

EDIT: this is done with StreamFX installed and working.

I had to install parallels on my M1 MacBook Air to get it to work running windows 11 ARM. Don’t understand why it won’t work using Mac OS.
