Question / Help Is there any way I can implement this GIF to display after "X" time?

So I made a GIF to display information on Stream (in this case the GIF made was to display Twitter stuff) But i'm unsure if there is a way for me to display it after a certain amount of time has gone by. Should also mention if need be, I can also make it into a Video file instead of a GIF.

I know it can be triggered by switching scenes but then its just a one time thing and I'm sure it can also be Hot-Keyed but at that point it just seems almost inconvenient. Almost positive some sort of coding might come into play with making this work, but if theres a Plugin that I don't know about that can get the job done that'd be awesome!

Would love any advice/help!

I believe you can put it in a html page that refreshes itself every so few minutes. You can put that page in the browser plugin.

Yeah i was messing with the Browser Plugin and was thinking the same thing. But how would I make it to where it refreshes after "X" time is the question also probably a really dumb question how do i put it in an HTML Page :/

To the google searches! (or obs forums will savior me :P )
