Question / Help Is there a written Manual for the Newest version of OBS?

Is there a written Manual for the Newest version of OBS?
I'm New to this and never got around to any time in the product yet.
All I want to do is set up Picture in Picture Left Screen Capture obs in the right screen and my Logitec 510 camera of me in the lower right corner. Then I need to experiment with additional camera inputs for Logitec Plus Camera 2 or Camera 2.
Anybody cover that?
