Question / Help Is there a Way to Sync OBS and Facebook Live Video

Is there a way to sync OBS and Facebook Live Video. Simply asking because we are wanting to do a Facebook Live for a Fundraiser event and we will be showcasting products for sale. Of course I don't need to see myself on the screen but would like to make sure I am doing a good job of showing products and also be able to have facebook open so we can see comments and reply to them. The lag time on the practice runs is throwing me off a bit. Just curious if there are any setting to clean this up. It seems if I do a Facebook live without OBS its not to bad but because we are Cross Posting with another page, we need to live stream and using OBS. Any ideas? Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry, speed of light and using a free service is not your friend
You are sending data over the Public Internet (public peering points/routers are not your friend) going to a free service that will usually re-encode the video for distribution ... all takes time. The net result is FB Live, and most similar services will have a lag of 10->30 seconds from your doing something in front of camera, and when others would see it. When you realize how complicated it all is, that the lag is so small is truly impressive. Also realize, the lag will vary across those watching (different devices, networks/ISPs, connected server utilization, etc will all impact that lag time. I've seen variance in lag of 15 seconds on different devices in same room)
So, yes you should monitor your stream, but there will be a material lag.. so from the distraction perspective, the easiest is often dual screen with watching yourself (sort of... you should be looking at the camera) within OBS, then having FB live producer to monitor feed just in case. For me, even though I'm monitoring the stream in a browser window, I have someone else monitoring the comments and feed, and they Text me if anything I need to be aware of (volume, disconnects, etc)
