Question / Help Is there a way to stop the filename from appearing in a recording?

There is no such function in OBS to put the filename into a recording. Look into the settings of your media player. It might contain an option to display the filename on playback. You can verify this very easily by renaming the video file. If the filename visible on playback also changes, it is a function within the media player.
