Is there a way to show different overlays while multi-streaming?

I currently use Restream to multi-stream to various platforms. I was looking into ways displaying different overlays on different platforms.

For example:

• My YouTube stream would show a YouTube chat overlay.
• My Twitch stream would show a Twitch chat overlay.

Is there a way to achieve this within OBS, through Restream, or perhaps using another method? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I am open to other options than restream, I am also trying out OBS, streamyard, and streamlabs talk studio to multi stream.
