is there a way to remotely show slides with alpha channel onto the programe?

Hi,
I have the following issue. We have a control room from where OBS is controlled and the talent sits on the other side of the glass. The story goes that he wants to have a laptop or a tablet with him on the live show so that HE can flip through different slides showing images of tweets, fb posts, photographs and videos as he talks life. all the stuff would be displayed live as PiP.

I would have used NDI or VNC Source 0.2.2, but we want the stuff that he shows to have an alpha channel. What I mean - when he shows a long tweet - it's a big window, when a short tweet, it's a smaller window.

I attached screenshots from another show to illustrate what we want to do.

Any ideas?

If the content is on slides, you could set the slides background to green and apply a chroma key filter to the slides source in OBS. That should produce the effect in the example.
