Question / Help Is there a way to draw on a live stream?

Heya,
New to the forums and I wasn't really sure where to post this thread because it didn't seem appropriate anywhere except in here. If I'm in the wrong place I apologize and mods can move me as needed.

All I really wanted to know is if anyone knows of a place where you can draw on a live feed, like how they draw lines during a football game? I'm hoping to do a stream where I can physically show people things through drawn instruction right on the screen. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just as a side note, commenting in this thread, it'd be nice to be able to do that for something like OBS. I want to make stuff like that potentially possible in the future.

Don't have an answer to your question though, and currently the program itself can't do that sort of stuff
