Question / Help Is there a way to add Filters to Scene Transitions (Stingers)

I have been trying to find a way to do this within the program but I can't seem to find it. I have a specific Stinger Scene Transition that I would like to use, but I would like to change the color of it using the hue shift color correction.

Is there a way to do this?

If not, how can I send a suggestion to the OBS Developers for this?
