Question / Help Is there a way I can make it so my stream can't hear program

I want to make it so when I stream the stream can't hear certain programs. For example I want to watch a youtube video but I don't want my stream to hear it is there any way I can make that happen?

No, that is not how the audio subsystem works under Windows.
You can temporarily mute the system audio however if you just need to watch something quickly, but if you mean running background music for yourself, that isn't going to work.
