Question / Help Is there a software solution for this?

I have a wireless headset w/ mic and speakers setup. I generally split the audio for certain things such as voip (teamspeak) on my headset, and music or game audio through my speakers. Is there a software solution to turn all 3 of these audio I/O devices into a single output stream? I've tried messing with VBAudio Cable and VoiceMeeter, but I can't seem to get all 3 to output to the stream at the same time. Here's a diagram to better understand what i'm getting at.

Use obs multiplatform, set all the audio devices as capture sources in the options or add them as sources in the scenes you want them in.

tried OBS-MP and got the audio setup but now my streams are constantly looping for some reason =(

Edit:
Figured it out, thanks a ton guys! =D

As in you're getting a ever-repeating echo because you're watching the stream on the same computer?

I had a duplicate audio source in the scene it was causing a weird repeating echo effect. I watch the stream on my phone through the twitch app.
