Is there a better way to do multiple screen captures of a video call?

Greetings,

Thanks for taking the time to read my issue.

Currently I host 3 separate D&D streams each week.

Currently we're using google hangouts and I lock the main window on to me for one screen capture and import the thumbnails as individual screen captures for the players.

However whenever I load up OBS I have to reset everything, recapture all the windows. Its time intensive and I need all players connected before I can even start.

Is there a better way to do this? A better program to use for video/audio or a better way to get it into OBS?

You can see why it would be a pain to reset each of these windows before every single stream three times a week
