Is there a better tool for virtual backgrounds than the background removal plugin?

I've been playing with virtual backgrounds. I installed the background removal plugin, and it works OK, but there's some irritating instability when I put my headphones on. Is there a better plugin that removes the background without the instability?

I'm attaching a brief video so you can see what I'm referring to. The arrows point to the area of instability.

I cannot get the plugin to work smoothly at all, is there a minimum NVIDIA card level needed?
