Question / Help Is streaming even possible with 1,5mb Upload?

Hey,
i've been testing out alot of stuff and i've been trying to stream fortnite on twitch for quite a long time now.
My only problem is my upload. I only have a 1,5mb - 2mb (it's not always constant) upload.
As soon as i turn on the stream and for example move in fortnite, it's starting to get all pixelated.
If i just stand around and dont do anything, it's obviously not pixelated anymore.
Is there any way to still stream and remove the pixelation with my upload speed?

Looks like "no", the quality rating of your connections to the available Twitch servers should be much higher for streaming.
 
That really sucks.. Thats just more than stupid. It's just so dumb how i can't do stuff other people can just because of my shitty connection.
