I use an avermedia live gamer hd 2 to stream, when I first got it set up I set the capture card up in obs using "stream engine 1" for the video and "stream engine (digital audio interface - 1) for the audio, this was roughly 2 years ago. I have since seen an article saying that OBS was updated and that its no longer necessary. Does anyone know if this is true, can I just use the default inputs for audio and video and not have a desync issue? Thanks.
