Is SLI/Crossfire compatible yet with OBS?

As I understood it, it was just windowed mode that was a problem with SLI/Crossfire, somwthing to do with sli/crossfire wouldn't capture that. But with Game Capture being the best way to capture Starcraft 2 (for me) as well as other games, this means we can use crossfire/sli, no?

And can't we use sli/crossfire for windowed mode, full screen capture now anyways?

Thanks. I plan to get 5 x 7950s in the near future, it's why I ask (obviously not all of them in crossfire, i'd be using pci x16 to x1 extensions)

There ever will be what exactly? What exactly is wrong with SLI/Crossfire?

Sorry, I should have been a bit more clear in my OP, but as I understood it, SLI/Crossfire was the same performance as single card, because only single card worked, when using windowed mode in a game. And it isn't an OBS/Xsplit/FFsplit/FMLE issue, it's an issue with sli/crossfire in windowed mode.

But with game capture now being better than windowed capture, and I assume improvements on SLI/Crossfire/OBS, is there even an issue with windowed mode screen capture anymore?

In SLI both cards take turns rendering the frames and obs is taking the frame right off the card with gamecapture, so it basically has no way to even get the ones on the other card.
