Hello, I need some help please. I don't know what to do. I just bought a new laptop 6months ago, it's HUAWEI Matebook, Ryzen 5 AMD. I used OBS just recently this year and for few weeks it runs Okay but when I tried to live stream in facebook for our church livestream last week. It starts to heat up and the screen is lagging and suddenly my laptop shutdown for about 2hours. And I don't what happened. Please help me. Thank you

Yep, overheated computer cooks electronic components and forces thermal shutdown. It's even possible you stressed that laptops hardware to an early failure. I don't know if a laptop cooling pad would even help if it got that hot. Google laptop cooling pad.
Btw, there are over 35 different Ryzen 5 chips, so which one and does your laptop use integrated graphics or have a discrete video card?
You might try lowering your output resolution and framerate in OBS, but your laptops integrated video card just doesn't have the cooling capability that an extended stream needs.

Sorry, I don’t know if it has integrated graphics or video card.

Go to device manager under the control panel. If you have 1 gpu listed under the display then it is integrated. If you have 2 then one will be the discrete gpu (Like an NVidea model ) and the other will be the igpu.
