Question / Help Is OBS working with Mac High Sierra OS?

I had one full day, the very first day, of hd streaming using OBS to broadcast on Ustream.
Now there seems to be constant freezing and I can't stay on air longer than one minute before it freezes.

Does OBS work with Mac High Sierra OS, which I just upgraded to?
Tried lowering settings and the issues doesn't go away.

iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011)
Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
AMD AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB
C920 Logitech camera
My upload speed is 11 mbps
Really want to get my cam back on air.
Please help.

I'm on a MacBook Pro 11,5. I've found while using the "Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder" if I don't set my bitrate to 2000 and limit the maximum bitrate to 2000 I will have the same problem with the stream freezing and the stream connection going red in OBS. When I record only I can set the bitrate to 10000 easy and have excellent quality recordings. It is just something about streaming. I've heard it might have to do with the apple hardware encoder being variable bit rate compared to x264 being constant.
