Is OBS sending some kind of data across web services?

Hi all, just wondering if OBS is dedicated to export the output through the dedicated channels (e.g. Twitch/YT) or if it's transferring or sending data to any web/cloud service before transferring it over to Twitch/YT.

As far as I know, OBS checks these two at its startup.
