Hello, streamed some time ago. Decided to do it more again. Playing with the settings and I am trying to get smooth stream at 720p.

RAM: 4GB
GrphicCard: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Now for OBS settings.
VIdeo encoding: MaxBitrate 2964
Audio encoding: Bitrate 128
Server: Amsterdam
My monitor is 1920x1080 downscaled it to 1280x720.
Filter: Bilinear
FSP: 24
What would I like to know. Is my stream good for most people? I want so most people could watch it.
Maybe there is some stuff could be changed for better quality? I am trying to make more smooth.
