Question / Help Is my stream ok??

So i have my stream at bit rate 3500 buffer 3500 quality 8 60 fps

Oh, okay.
You may want to mess around with buffer size, lower it a bit. Sometimes with a high buffer size, viewers will get lag, chunks, etc...

Try 1500, then go to 2000, and onward. If you need somebody to test-view your stream, I'm available in about 20 minutes.
