Question / Help Is my rig sufficient for streaming?

Hello, I am a streamer who has been having quality problems for quite some time. I plan on being able to stream 720p at 30-60 fps playing Starcraft 2. I have bought new gear for my PC and I would like to know if it can do the trick.
My Gear:
Mobo: AS Rock Extreme 3 970
RAM: Kingston HyperX Red (16 gb)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870
PSU: ThermalTake Smart S 850w
HDD: 3 tb 7200 rpm
SSD: Kingston HyperX 240 GB
CPU: AMD FX 8350

Would I need to add a capture card or anything of that matter?

How much upstream bandwidth do you have available? 1 Mbps isn't sufficient for the vast majority of 720p60 content to look decent.

Post a log file.

Your system is fine for streaming but you don't have much bandwidth to spare. You'll probably have to turn the settings down (resolution/fps) to be able to maintain quality.

720p@30 with a 1500 bitrate should be a good start to go with and see how it goes
