Question / Help Is my lack of GPU making my stream choppy?

I have an Intel i7 4470k cpu with no gpu to go with it. I am streaming at a pretty high quality but at points of the stream it get's choppy. When it starts my cpu is only running around 45%. It does it on any setting I use. Any Ideas?

It's quite possible the medium preset might be making it choppy rather than the lack of GPU, though you should still consider getting a dedicated GPU.
