Question / Help Is my CPU performing bad?

Hi, when I record I use x264 to record at 1440p 60fps. My CPU is an i7 4770K (not overclocked).

CRF at 20 with the ultrafast preset (no profile and no tune) seems to be about the maximum my CPU will go before it has trouble keeping up.

Does this seem normal you?
