Question / Help Is my CPU/APU strong enough to stream??

I've recently purchased an AMD A8-7600 and was wondering if it was strong enough to stream Xbox using an Elgato, I've heard people rant about PC streaming requirements but its mostly people asking if they could stream PC Games with a certain processor.

In general APUs are simply not up for the Task but in that case a 720p30 stream should be doable without much of a problem.

Thanks so I should be able to stream without much hassle or lag with just the APU it self, Would my quality improve with an EVGA Gforce GTX 740
