Question / Help Is my computer too old?

I'm trying to stream and/or record Overwatch. Everything is fine until the match starts. Audio stays on with no lagging, but video freezes for 1-2 mins at a time so I'm only getting a new picture every so often.

Ehhh.... You're pushing it. You might be able to stream at 480p or 560p, but it's really unlikely and probably not worth the effort on a PC that old,
