Hello everyone! I'm really happy that i fixed my lag/choppy issue. I realized i had to have a bitrate of 5000 and run at 30fps instead of 60fps. That's not a big deal to me, but i was wondering, i did check to see if i could handle the 720p60 after i edited my settings, and the choppyness came back. So i switched back to 720p at 30fps. So was wondering, can my computer handle 720p60? And this is for Local Youtube Recordings. Thanks for your help :D

And how are we supposed to know what your Hardware is?

Your Computer is quite weak your i7 5500U is no more than a bad Version of an Desktop i3 getting away with 720p30 is already quite lucky.

If you could post a log so we could maybe get something that works for you. But I highly doubt it.

alphinlol I am going to be purchasing a NVDIA graphics card in order to upscale my screen resolution. Will this help?

Its "alpinlol" and no it wont help since you are using a Notebook. I doubt you want to invest like 400$ in the stupid Cube + another 300 in a GPU and then find out that your Notebook doesnt have a Thunderbolt Port. Then again a GPU wont fix your CPU Issue.

I understand it's a bit expensive. But will this be able to achieve 1080p60 while recording and playing games? And is this a good PC for gaming in general? Thanks

In Theory that Notebook should be able to handle 1080p60 RECORDING but not streaming and also only with the recording Settings given on this Forums Guide

But will i be able to stream 1080p30 while Streaming?

Yes since Live Time Encoding is no linear Tasks when it comes to Resultion*Framerate.

Since you are most likely not a Twitch Partner its recommended to stream with 720p30@2000 Bitrate/Buffer this way to reduce any possibility for Buffering Issues on your Viewers end. The Reason for 720p30 in this case is simply that a 2000Bitrate is too low for 1080p30 and will Result in poor picture Quality.
