S sumusiko New Member May 8, 2017 #1 I am running a I5 4460 and a GTX 960. I would love to have a minimum of 144 FPS when streaming because I got a 144Hz monitor however, is it possible to stream & run csgo with this build? And if so what are the most optimal settings for smooth gameplay/stream?

N NAICO New Member May 9, 2017 #2 Sure. Make sure you use lowest settings in-game and NVENC as the encoder in OBS Studio and you'll be just fine!

What's the difference between the regular 264 and NVENC? I streamed yesterday and it was good but every 5 minutes it lagged for a little bit is there anyway to know what could be causing the lag?
