Ok, so my build consists of:
3770k @ 4.6GHz liquid cooled
16gb of 2166MHz G. Skill memory
Asus Maximus V Extreme
EVGA SC 980ti liquid cooled
Samsung 850 evo
Corsair AX 850 psu
Windows 7
Using OBS Studio streaming to YouTube @ 1080/30 with software encoding and a bitrate of 3000 work great
Recording at 1080p and the setting below lossless also work great.
Its when i stream AND record that it all goes to crap.
The game, Overwatch in this case, gets choppy when i turn quickly. But as soon as i stop one of the other (recording or streaming), it clears up.
Ive seen my cpu usage @~45%
I guess I'm just looking for an excuse to buy the new 2011v3 haha.
EDIT: I suppose its worth noting that this has been the only instance where this has been a problem. I'm able to use the same settings in Blops3, WoW, DOOM, Fallout 4, etc etc..
