Is it possible to type in OBS with overlay?

Hi all I am doing events and using obs I was wondering if anyone knows if I can create a lowerthird like a banner and key in different names instead of just a image with a name in it. Meaning is it possible to change the name inside the banner using OBS.
which mean we can type out the winner name and display over at obs. But there will be different winner so is it possible to input different names?

I don't know if it's what you want, but you could just put a GDI text source and type into that

Alternately, you could have a browser source to a local text file, then have notepad open, type into there and when you save it'll update

where you select your source, there's the Text option

I just found you don't have to go into properties to change the text, which makes it well suited for what you want to do..
