I'm currently trying to start streaming from my computer, but the upload speed is terrible, so I usually have to settle for 360p. However, I'd like to record what I stream locally at 1080p so I can upload it with full quality later. Is it possible to do so with OBS? Or should I use another program to downsample the video and stream it?
