Is it possible to stream a smart tv?

DETAILS!!! No one has any idea what you're trying to do, except that there's a smart TV involved *somehow*.
 
Probably he meant to show on a TV the video feed.

Simple connect the TV to the GPU and set the projector to full screen (right click on the preview) on this TV.

Maybe. But we won't know until he answers. There are lots of other possibilities that I can think of too, that would match the original post.
