Question / Help Is it possible to set global default sub-region position and size?

I am experiencing the issue brought up in this thread from 2 years ago in which there seems to still be no solution for.
Namely, Window Capture on a Google Chrome window with a specific sub-region. Every time there's a new session of OBS restarts, the Window Capture has to be refreshed because in that time, I viewed different tabs and that messed up the source data or whatever. In turn, by refreshing, the saved sub-region position and size parameters are also erased and have to be re-inputted.
Since there's no direct solution to this, I was wondering if I could go about doing a work-around solution wherein I just set a global default sub-region position and size so that even though I will still have to refresh the Window Capture every time, I can at least forego re-inputting the sub-region parameters each time because the default values will automatically be assigned when I check the sub-region box.
Has anyone successfully changed the default sub-regions settings from Position being 0x0 and Size being whatever Resolution your stream is set at in the video settings to custom inputs? Any help would be appreciated.
