Is it possible to seperate?

Hello,
I'm curious if it's possible to seperate an in game voice chat on one track and the games normal sounds on another track?
The game is GTA v fivem Im trying to do this to make it easier to edit footage
I have a dual monitor set up if that helps but my only audio output that I use to listen to game and voice chat is my headset
 
If the game doesn't offer a way to have the two on separate audio devices, no it's not possible to separate.
