Question / Help Is it possible to make OBS capture Skype or Vent audio?

I've been streaming for a month or two now and I'm starting to get further involved in it. I've wanted to play some co-op games with some friends and I've tried streaming it but it's dumb because you can only hear me talking to them. I know with Xsplit it's possible, but I haven't found a way to do it with OBS. Everything I've read seems to say that you can't.. Is there a work around or anything for this?

Of course you can. You have to make sure Skype is outputting to the audio device that OBS is capturing.

If you go into your OBS Audio settings, check which device you are using for Desktop audio. Then go into Skype and make sure that Skype is outputting to that audio device, too.
