Is it possible to go live automatically by scheduling it weekly? I wait for an answer thanks

Since OBS is intended to be used interactively to create a live show, your question don't make much sense. In case you just want to broadcast a pre-made video file laying on your hard disk, OBS isn't the tool you're looking for. Ffmpeg would be the better tool.
