Is it possible to feed a scene from my personal PC to work PC?

Basically I wanted to have a scene built that allows me to have two webcam feeds on the same device feed. One for my dog and one for me but I'd like to customize the size of each webcam feed and then be able to select that scene on my work computer for Zoom.

Is this possible over a USB connection? Our work PCs are on a permanent VPN so the network feed may not work as an option.

The easy way is to run OBS Studio on your work PC... but I'm guessing that isn't an option.
You are correct that a network video feed out from personal PC running OBS Studio to work PC sounds good, but typical corporate security settings do block local traffic (that is NOT a requirement of running a VPN, but is strongly recommended best practice)

But... you have a more pressing question - what video input options can you configure on work PC? I'm guessing a USB webcam... but most anything else would require a driver install... is a driver install on Work PC an option? I'm thinking HDMI out of Personal PC to capture device on work PC (might be USB3.x to HDMI capture adapter?)

And OBS Studio and dual-PC operation might be overkill, a webcam with a drive to allow combining dual webcam feeds (I think Logitech s/w might be able to do this?) might suffice
