Is it possible to delete the Mic audio post production?

This may be a reach, but is it possible to delete the Mic audio post production? I forgot to disable the Mic audio and just wanted the Desktop audio. Now my recording has a lot of mic chatter. Any magical way to delete just the Mic audio? Probably not, so any suggestions for software that will identify, seek and delete just that background chatter and leave the featured speaker's audio captured from the Desktop Audio?

Unfortunately, no. Once audio is 'baked together', it cannot be split out cleanly.
There are some methods for trying to do this, but they fall into the realm of audio engineering and outside the scope of this forum.

You could get a start by Googling for ways to make instrumental versions of a song. Fair warning, it isn't easy and the results are often far from perfect.
