Is it possible to add multiple videos at once or does it per video at a time? (now I'm using VLC to make a list and browsercapture and I would like to know if I can do this without VLC)

You should update to OBS Studio.

In STUDIO, if you want a playlist of videos you can use the "VLC Video source".

You must install VLC (x64) to enable "VLC Video Source" in OBS Studio (x64)

I had the wrong VLC installed!
VLC x86 + OBS x64 = fail
VLC x64 + OBS x86 = fail
VLC x64 + OBS x64 = GOOD!
