Watch to set your elgato to the main settings. Dont use another resolution or fps. Could be the stuck you just see. But post a log that we could see your moment obs settings

Never mind i found it, here is my log file
Weird.

First, update your chipset audio network drivers (do not uninstall, just install it straight over) from the AMD website and/or your motherboards website. reboot.

remove the elgato HD60 from your OBS scenes then add it back as a global source. leave it at 1080@60 with 1ms buffering enabled. make sure you use a USB 3.0 port for the elgato and that your snowball mic is plugged in somewhere else away from your elgato.

set scene buffering back to 700 for now and your global audio offset back to 0 again.

change preset back to veryfast (which should be fine for you) and leave base resolution at 1080 then downscale to 720. your fps should be fine at 30fps as well

Question, does your monitor support 1920x1080?

after you make these changes, restart OBS, stream for 5 minutes then post that logfile
