I'm using an ipcam that works with VLC, i see the stream via RTSP protocol....
when i put the same string on OBS Studio i get a black little point on the top left of the screen.
Where i'm wrong?

I am having the same problem. I tested on 3 different windows 10 computers. I can see the IP Cam stream on VLC but OBS shows only black screen. If I use transform and fit to window, it shows me black rectangle.
