Question / Help IP webcam?

I know webcam overlay is possible, but is there a way to overlay a video stream of an IP webcam?

I don't believe there is a direct way to do that, no. But what you could consider is viewing the IP webcam with a player that does directly support IP webcams and then simply Window Capturing that player in OBS.

If your cam acts as a webserver and provides a direct video stream (as Foscams can/do with a specific URL) you might try the Browser Plugin and see if that works.
