IP webcam does not work with OBS Studio

I am currently trying to use my smartphone as a webcam.
I followed this link for this: https://praxistipps.chip.de/smartphone-als-webcam-nutzen-so- gehts_30161
The IP webcam program also works, but only with Skype. See picture 1.
The program does not work with OBS Studio. See picture 2.
Unfortunately, that's exactly where I need the webcam from my smartphone!
Does anyone have a suggestion for me, please?

I should pay attention to data protection. My last name is in the first screenshot.
I would like to remove it better.

I would like to delete or edit the first screenshots for privacy reasons.
Download, edit and reupload. But how does that work? Please help.
