I have been trying, many different things, I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled and it worked once, but the next time it has the same problem.

Any ideas?

*NOTE* The camera only shows up on 32bit OBS.

This is a bug inside that particular webcam driver. I suggest using an alternative, there are quite a few free ones.

Hey!

Im using a similar app for a similar purpose. What I did was to use browser source directly without using the Ip cam driver.
The problem I have is that I want to delay the video, but since it is a browser source and not a video device, I can not delay it in OBS. :(
