Question / Help Investing in a capture card for XB1 and need input

I will be purchasing a capture card for an xbox one, but I would like to hear peoples experiences and suggestions on which capture card to go with. I know that el gato and other usb 2.0 cards have a delay in them, but is this an easy work-around or does the delay vary. I have a very good laptop, so that means I cannot do an internal card. Thank you

dont they have a USB 3.0 card out yet? anyway, from what I understand, syncing the audio to the webcam is the biggest issue, but that is all hear-say.

Get a USB 3.0 device or a pci-e card.
